Challenge

Our sister nonprofit, ID8, operates a film, TV and digital media soundstage for the State of Hawai’i. The contract called for an information website complete with booking engine, public calendar listing of studio bookings, rate card and facilities technical specifications. The contract also required specific contractual terms and the collection of CIO forms. Along the way, we also found that many visitors were coming to the stage, thus a volunteer’s release form needed to be present at all times, such as a form on the website.

Solution

We created a WordPress website that features a booking engine, user terms, user agreement forms and volunteer forms. Services provided include:
